Upon re-reading I see I was wrong. It’s “get me down” not “get down from there!”

With a picture like this, it’s your call if you imagine the comment coming from someone below or the worm itself. It would work fine to say:
“Will you quit showing off, Junior, and get down from there. You’re going to break one of your legs!”
