Ragtag Daily Prompt: SANGFROID
Fandango’s FOWC: INSTEAD
Of sangfroid she knows not a lot —
her temper has always been hot.
Her friends say she’s cooling
but they are just fooling;
instead she’s quit brimming the pot.

Ragtag Daily Prompt: SANGFROID
Fandango’s FOWC: INSTEAD
Of sangfroid she knows not a lot —
her temper has always been hot.
Her friends say she’s cooling
but they are just fooling;
instead she’s quit brimming the pot.
Thats a fun little piece. Descriptive way to show someone often getting mad, I like it.

Nothing more scary than a person who does have sangfroid!

Ha! Maddening, too. 😉 But how does it happen that opposites attract and then drive each other bonkers?

Indeed! I dunno… it’s one of those things! 🙂

Thank you. Reading it over quickly now, I see that a typo crept in! Maybe most folks didn’t notice.

Welcome. I missed the typo! Not that I would say anyway.

I had to look this word up!

Thanks for your comment. I looked it up, too, when I encountered it a few years back. You come across all kind of words in older English novels; I had to look up the word TERMAGANT Friday after seeing it in a book, but it’s likely been banned now as “Not PC.” 🙂
