I just had lunch with an acquaintance from high school. It was a litany of pain and family relationships. I would like to tattoo this on her arm. Life is so short. Nursing all the old wounds doesn’t avail anything.
So true. Why is it so easy to slip back into the raw memories and so hard to recall all the really good ones? Shocking how deed those “done-me-wrong” ruts get deep over time.
